Following the pandemic, a leading global medical technologies company challenged us with a directive to help their staff come ‘Back to Better’. 

 Having taken the decision to invest in their workplace and create an environment that helped fulfil the business needs by encouraging staff to return to the office. Our proposal met this brief by supporting mixed presence / hybrid meetings, facilitating, and encouraging collaboration, and providing a variety of application settings that allowed users choice and control as to where in the space they worked.

 

Given the new reality of mixed presence meetings with some staff dialling in, technology was key to ensuring a democratic and seamless user experience; “short throw” projectors were used in the larger meeting rooms that ensured this was the case.
