Since 2016, John has been responsible for the strategic direction of the Group. He firmly believes in the need for constant reinvestment, development and innovation in its facilities, management, culture and staff.
After graduating with a Commerce degree from University College Dublin, John qualified as a Chartered Accountant and was appointed MJ Flood Group Director in 2004. He recently attended the Owner President Management program at Harvard Business School.
